We cannot stop human nature from yearning for more, but we can stop that behaviour from become a cancer, slowly killing our organisations from within. Hard working, dedicated and committed employees can quickly become demoralised leading to a drain in talent. so addressing politics is a critical component to improve the world of work for individuals and organisations to thrive.
